Welcome to the January 2, 2008 edition of technology blog carnival on techiegirl. This is the first of supposed to be monthly blog carnivals on techiegirl, But I guess I need to decide whether I’ll do this monthly or not, that would depend on the outcome of this one..
I had received a lot of submissions and after going through the entries, I had chosen the below blogs based on relevancy on my site, or basically sites or posts that are related to technology. Aside from that, I consider if the submitted posts are something that I believe in and are not against my personal opinion, thus not listing all the submissions here.
Dan-O presents How to Make Real Life Money in the Second Life Virtual World posted at Danogo.com – Discover. Inspiring . Media, saying, “People are making millions of real dollars in the virtual real estate business. Are you missing out on the next Web gold rush?”
J blu presents Technology Hacks: Appear To Not Be Lame posted at Fresh Geeks, saying, “Thanks for the opportunity =)”
John W. Furst presents Protect Your Virtual Business Assets posted at E-Biz Booster Blog, saying, “Do you rely on technology or do you take precautions, if something breaks and your data is lost. Many people are not prepared. They might only loose some 1000’s of dollars, but you can loose all of your business at once. Start getting prepared, now.”
Vero Pepperrell presents Reviewing the iPhone, one month on posted at Taptology – Taptu’s Mobile Chemistry Blog, saying, “The iPhone’s been out in the UK for about a month, so I wrote a post declaring what 5 assumptions I’d made before picking it up and giving up my Nokia N95, and reviewing whether I was right or wrong.”
Ian Richardson presents Hosted Wordpress Is FREE To Install, and YOU have complete control! posted at Make Everything EzyAs123.
Josh Handle presents A Safer Home Network For Under $100 posted at Open Source Society.
Josh Handle presents The Future of Linux: An Interview with Kim Brebach posted at Open Source Society.
Matt presents Your PC’s New Years Resolution posted at MySafePC.net
That concludes this edition. Next edition will be posted on blogcarnival.com.

Many websites have created specific technology blogs for people who want to blog on such issues. This is of great advantage to those who really want to receive and give out information as all such people come in contact there. They do not waste time blogging any where else. A search engine optimization is a process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines. Such search engine optimizing is in great trend now. The link exchange is a practice of exchanging links with other websites. However, pay per click advertising is an advertising technique used on websites, advertising networks and search engines. Arkansas internet marketers charges very reasonably when all this is concerned.
Hi Techiegirl,

Thanks for all your hard work and I look forward to seeing more fantastic information in the future.
Keep being Cre8ive.
