I was looking for Globe GCASH customer service number when I saw this ‘Globe Chat Assist’ icon on Globe Website’s main page.
So instead of browsing around, I decided to just use this service, thinking that It was faster than using search.
So upon clicking the icon, I was notified that the service is online.
I was asked to enter my name and the nature of my concern. Few more clicks and I was typing my concern.
I am not sure if I am chatting to a robot or a real person though lol, since there was a delay on his reply. All in all, I am satisfied with the service since Manoling, the name of the CS that I had chatted with addressed my concerns correctly.
In cases where you need to record your chat, there is an option for you to have a copy of your chat conversation, this will be sent to your email
Your conversation will then be emailed to you in PDF format
