How To Setup GPRS/MMS On Myphone Q21/Q22

Myphone GPRS/MMS Settings (SMART)

Make sure you follow the instruction below in proper order

To check if the settings are already installed, do the following:

1. Go to Main Menu -> Services -> Data Account ->GPRS
2. You should now be able to see the GPRS Settings installed on your phone (see pic below)



3. If the settings are already installed as shown in the picture above, please proceed to the wap settings
4. If the said data settings are not yet installed, please proceed with the manual installation below.

MyPhone GPRS/MMS Settings Manual Installation

Data Account – GPRS

1. Go to Main Menu -> Services -> Data Account ->GPRS
2. Select “Account 1″ or any account available and enter the following values on their appropriate columns:
3. Account Name: SMART GPRS
4. Account Type: internet
5. Click done and proceed to save.

Data Account – MMS

1. Go to Main Menu -> Services -> Data Account ->GPRS
2. Select “Account 2″ or any account available and enter the following values on their appropriate columns:
3. Account Name: SMART MMS
4. Account Type: mms
5. Click done and proceed to save.

WAP Settings

1. Go to Main Menu -> Services -> WAP -> Settings -> Edit Account -> <select SIM1 or SIM2>
2. You should be able to see the available WAP accounts (see picture below)



3. If WAP settings are already installed as shown above, select ‘Smart WAP’ -> Activate account and proceed to MMS Settings. If you want to double check the values, select Smart WAP -> Edit account and proceed to no. 6
4. If the wap settings are not yet installed, select ‘Add New’
5. Enter the following values in their appropriate fields:
6. Account Name: Smart WAP
7. Homepage: http://wap.smart.com.ph
8. Data Account: Smart GPRS, if value is not Smart GPRS, do the following: <select current value> -> GPRS-> Smart GPRS
9. Connection Type: HTTP
   1. Use Proxy: Yes
   2. Proxy Address: 010.102.061.046
   3. Proxy Port: 8080
10. Select Done and Save

MMS Settings

1. Go to Main Menu ->Messages -> MMS -> MMS Settings -> Server Profile -> SIM1 or SIM2 -> Select SMART MMS -> Activate Account

Smart GPRS / MMS Activation

1. Type MMS ON and send to 3401
2. You should be able to connect to the internet and send MMS once your account has been activated.
