Update: I am now downloading (again! since I had deleted them already, for me pinoy contents are useless) the pinoy contents to provide a detail instructions and pictures for those commented that they can’t make it work.. please be patient, the download takes a while since the files are really big!.
My myphone Q22 is one of the phones in the pinoy phone series, which has this so called, ‘Pinoy contents’ in it. But for any reason, the said 2GB mini SD card is not included in the package, so the Pinoy entry in the main menu is useless for me.

How to use the Pinoy Contents
- Using USB Cable, Connect your phone to PC. Then select mass storage.
- On your PC, go to start menu select my computer, then select the drive of your empty memory card.
- Make a New Folder named it “Pinoy”
- Open the Pinoy Folder you created then copy the Pinoy folder (the one you downloaded), then follow the Prayer folder,and last copy all the MP3′s.
That’s it!

I also tried to transfer everything inside folders Mp3_1 to Mp3_8, Pinoy & Prayers inside the first Pinoy folder all together. Then deleted all the empty folders. Still the same “File not found”.
Now only 3 folders in SD card:
-365 (Automatically added inside SD Card)
-Ebook (Automatically added inside SD Card)
-Pinoy (I manually added inside SD Card with all the downloaded contents)
Should I make the rest of the other folders manually?

Yep same here. Followed the instruction accordingly but still “file not found”. I just got the phone model T23 Duo White.
FAIL ! na follow ko lahat ng instruction.. di gumana , anu ba yan
pnu po maiku-konet ung CP sa PC nang di ginagamitan ng CardReader??
pag ginagamitan ko kac ng USB connector nag cha-charge lang….
paano ko i activate ang video ng qtv20 ko at iba pa ng pinoy content tulad ng games
i followed all instructions.. may pinoy folder nilagay ko lang lhat dun pero di gumana
paano ba ma activate yung video ng phone ko ang model Q19i
pag nilagay nyo ung card reader na me memory card sa flashdrive ng computer at binuksan nyo ung drive I or H ganito ang lalabas diba
