I just want to announce that I had successfully withdrawn my Paypal fund to my BPI bank account! This is my first withdrawal transaction to a Philippine bank account so I am really excited.

Paypal withdrawal date: January 31, 2008.
Bank: BPI
Account Type: BPI Express Teller Savings Account (PHP) (Savings acct. not the debit card)
Bank Code: 010040018
I received the money withdrawn above last February 05, 2008. An amount of PHP150 was deducted by BPI from the total amount withdrawn.
The total deduction from the amount withdrawn is PHP200 (Paypal: 50, Local Bank: 150). Almost the same deduction when withdrawn to UnionBank EON on $US1 = PHP40 exchange rate 
Waiting time is 2-5 banking days. Based from my experience, I get my money every Wednesday, whether I withdrawn from Paypal, Thursday the previous week, or Monday the current week. I think they have this sort of clearing day/time.
Since I keep on receiving queries about BPI ExpressCash and BPI Express Account in relation to paypal, I had decided to modify this post to include information to answer these questions:
Can I use my BPI Express Cash(debit Card) or BPI Express Teller Savings Account to verify my Paypal Account?
As of today, NO. If you don’t have a credit card, you can use Unionbank EON Cyber account to verify your paypal account.

hi, i have just initiated the confirmation between paypal and my credit card.
Once this is done, I want to withdraw my paypal balance to my bpi express teller. i have already added my bpi info in the paypal website. please advise me of the detailed process on how you were able to withdraw funds from paypal via bpi, after your cc has been confirmed. thanx.=)
Click withdraw -> Withdraw funds to your bank account -> Enter amt -> select the bank you already added –> Follow instructions on the screen

Who can help me please. My money transfer from paypal to BPI express teller was successful and that was last Nov.1,2009. I was expecting to have my money in my BPI account between Nov.4 and Nov.8. After this dates, I began to worry why the money still wasn’t in my account. Only then I realize that the number I encoded upon adding a bank account in Paypal, wasn’t my account number but instead my BANK NUMBER.
My question is, how long will it take for BPI to return the amount taken from my paypal account? Can BPI track where the money went?
Paypal will put it back in your account since the transfer is not successful. there will be a charge for that. You can see how much upon withdrawal.

Question po. Anong ilalagay ko sa verification: card type, card number, security code, etc.? BPI Express Teller International ATM Card po yung gamit ko.. Help pls kc i need to receive a payment through paypal. Union Bank is not my option. Thank you!

use a credit / debit account

Ask lng po ako if paano po mag verify ng paypal account using ung blue mastercard ng bpi.. Cos nagtry po ako then ung reply sa akin eh nireject daw ng Bank ung transaction ko. I called BPI then sabi ng Agent dun is mali daw ung naenter ko na security code….
Confused lng po ako, kac sinunod ko namn ung instruction na ung 3 last digits sa likod ng card ang security code…
any comment po?

im having a hard time on my union bank EON account linking it to my paypal. i got my fresh and new Eon last week,with funds in it,and its fully activated.
everytime i try to get verified/link and confirm my debit card, i always get this error
” This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer’s customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.”
i’ve been calling union bank from time to time,and it seems they cant help me with my problem, anyone know how can i resolve this?

I received the same message before, when trying to link my EON with paypal, but that time, my card was still new, I just waited for a couple of days, and everything went ok.
so wait a minute. DO i have to verify my account to be able to withdraw money from paypal? because I don’t have a CC. But i do have a BPI account. Will I be able to transfer funds to my BPI Express Teller Savings AcCT without verifying? HELP pls
You need to verify your account first before the withdrawal limit is lift up

Yes its normal. Kapag kasi completed na sa paypal, na process na nila yung transfer, but that doesn’t mean na ok na sa receiving party. Check mo sa Wednesday morning malamang meron na yan. kasi usually mga transactions ko dati nag rereflect sa account ko every Wednesday morning
ah same account ba yun gamit mo?
maybe you should consider checking with paypal, basically babalik naman sa paypal account mo yung pera, but there is a charge for the unsuccessful transfer
