sorry… pero pwede nyo po ba akong matulungan? kasi naka pag apply na po ako sa paypal kaso lang di ko alam kung pano e verify.. ang tinatanong lang po kasi ay name of bank tsaka card number and there are only three option of the bank there which is visa, mastercard and american express. hindi ko po alam kung pano yung sinasabi nyo at kung saan ko makikita. thanks…

Aside from my BPI account, I am also using UNIONBANK’s EON Cyber Account debit card.
I can’t really withdraw it they are really asking me to get a debit card. what are the debit card to get? I have a BPI express card……
